    Youth Wrestling: 5:15-6:30pm

  • Ring Room

    Beginners/Youth Boxing: 5:30-6:15pm*

    Boxing Team: 6:15-7:15pm (Contract must be signed.)

Tuesday

  • Weight Room/Turf

    4:30am-10:00pm

    Combat Conditioning: 5:15-6:00pm**

  • Mat Room

    Adult No Gi Jiu-Jitsu: 9-10am

    Youth No Gi Jiu-Jitsu:
    5-6pm

    Adult No Gi Jiu-Jitsu: 6-7:30pm

  • Ring Room

    No unsupervised sparring.

Wednesday

  • Weight Room/Turf

  • Muay Thai: 5:15-6:30am

*Equipment needed for boxing classes: Gloves 14 oz (U12), 16 oz (12+); 180″ hand wraps, and a jump rope.

Boxers practicing with the competitive team must sign the boxing team contract.

** “Combat Conditioning” is a High Intensity Interval Training/Circuit Workout

To pick up key fobs or sign up for a Day Pass, please visit the gym during STAFFED HOURS, Monday through Friday 4 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM.
